Return Policy
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Returns are free within the United States.
Numbered Editions
Watches and limited accessories must be returned with their numbered certificate of authenticity to qualify for refund.
How to Start a Return
Email concierge@7fifty7.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label (US) or return instructions (international) within 24 hours.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of our atelier receiving your return.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
